photo 30ad-1.jpgWhen my oldest child was heading to Kindergarten, we found ourselves asking the hard questions that all parents ask themselves: what form of education would be best for my child?

After wrestling over the decision, we chose to attempt homeschooling, but with strong reservations. I was not for it, but my husband was strongly against the public school route options we had at the time. This decision was a hard one for our family, and you can read more about that if you wish to.

I love sharing our homeschool journey with others. The joys, fears, triumphs, and failures are bound to encourage you and let you know you are not alone on this trail!

If you would like to subscribe to my homeschool posts only, please enter your email below. You can also read only the homeschool posts if you wish. Our flavor of homeschool is traditional with the ability to adapt our schedule if necessary and tweak the teaching style to fit the student’s needs. That is the best part of homeschooling 🙂
