My children love nature, but my oldest son could happily study all the critters God has created ALL DAY LONG!! He was watching a young bird in our tree yesterday. He pulled the branch down to get a better look at it and gauge its age when the most extraordinary thing happened!!!
And yes, my germ-a-phobic husband had the boy scrub well after this incident!!!
