Dad's surgery started 8:04am central time.  He is doing well and they were harvesting the first artery from his arm.  That will be a bit sad since dad may experience numbness in his hands.  it may affect his piano playing, something that is a part of my father!!!

Today my dad has his triple bypass surgery.  My mother and my sisters are all sitting at the hospital hoping to keep distracted while my father has his procedure.  It is so much harder to not be there to pace along side them and to play games to distract my mind.  I am still doing… Continue reading Surgery Day
